Just a short mail to express our thanks for all your help and support at our Outboard Dealer Conference. We really did have a fantastic day and everything worked perfectly for us with many positive comments being received from our dealers. The success of the event was due as much as anything to the helpfulness of the Heart of England team who assisted no matter what the request! Please pass our thanks on to everyone that was involved from your side, their attitude and approach was outstanding.

We are getting fantastic feedback from the 723 Staff who attended (disappointing in itself, but marvellous considering the weather conditions!), and those who didn’t attend (mostly because they couldn’t BELIEVE for a second that it would go ahead!) are now regretting their decision, as they listen to the stories of the brave souls who came, and thoroughly enjoyed it (one die-hard said it was the best ever!) “A big thank you to all the staff for organising such a day of activities go-karting, quad-biking, off-roading, jousting, bucking broncos followed by an evening mediaeval banquet complete with jesters, castle set and entertainment. Heart of England had that special edge they were original, creative, flexible and grasped exactly what we were looking for. They were a pleasure to work with, we were impressed by all the organisation. They took on everything so there was no stress or strain our end. We had a fantastic day and were inundated with letters of thanks from staff. ”
