As Ops Manager, Jo is right at the heart of your event - making sure that everything runs smoothly on the day. She co-ordinates the rest of the team - and can turn her hand to everything from producing an event, or leading a group on a quad expedition.

Adrian Hobson - AV
Adrian governs over all things techie..and with the amount of resources here at Heart of England, that’s a full time job!
Pippa Wells - Weddings and Leisure
Pippa is our wedding co-ordinator and is also responsible for family parties and events.
Lucia Luciani - Corporate Events
Lucia is in the midst of our corporate event activities...providing support to the team and clients. You’ll often chat with her when you call the office.
Matt Parker - Head Chef
Head Chef, Matt, is responsible for our restaurant and all the feasts and banquets for our events and weddings. Providing ever-changing restaurant menus, banqueting ideas and special event menus is a full time job. You haven't lived till you've tried his Creme Brulee.
Hayley Rigby - Restaurant Supervisor
Hayley is in charge of our Quicken Tree restaurant - greeting and generally looking after all of our dinner and lunch guests.
James Griffiths - Head Park Ranger
James, our Head Park Ranger, is responsible for 160 acres of outdoor resources. He wears shorts, even when it's raining and has the best sun tan in the office.
Phillipa Truman - Education Ranger
Phillpa is Park Ranger and co-ordinates all of the children’s, nature and outdoor fun activities. She’s a conservation and environment graduate - with a special affinity for organising bug hunts. She's the one to call if you need to catch a spider.
Mandy Jones - Financial Controller
Mandy is the financial wizard in the office - co-ordinating all accounting activity with her team.
