	Paintball - we all know it as the activity where you run round the woods and get hit by paint pellets. Well, there’s a bit more to it at Heart of England! First of all, we’ve got acres of medieval woodland, crashed vehicles, hides, shacks and plenty of hiding places. Next, you’ll be kitted out for action, with goggles, overalls and your paintball gun.

And then - the adrenaline kicks in. Not until you’ve lay still in undergrowth, barely breathing for fear of discovery - or crept towards enemy lines, not knowing yet if you can be seen, or whispered a plot between comrades to overthrow the opposition - will you understand what it feels like to develop a strategy as if your life depended on it.
