Our grounds, lake, beach and woodlands are dedicated to leisure activities and relaxation - whether you want to simply stroll and take in the peace and quiet - or be launched from our zip wire, or stumble across an abandoned fortress in the woodland.

On sunny days, you'll be tempted by our private, sandy beach, where lake waves lap gently across the shoreline. (Plus, you'll be delighted by the fact that you are about as far from the seaside as you can get in the UK!) Take a boat out on the water, or simply gaze across the Warwickshire countryside.
