I just wanted to write and thank you and your staff for the fabulous work you did at our recent conference.
I attended with my colleagues and was impressed with the service, professionalism and friendly nature of your staff. Some of them were very young and were clearly new to waiting on but they weren't daunted by the task in hand and did a really good job.
The whole experience was pleasant and the food was delicious too.
The catering and in house side of an event can make or break it and sometimes large events can be disappointing.
I had a lovely day and wouldn't hesitate to recommend your venue to anyone looking to host a conference.

I recommended my client host their conference at the Heart of England Conference and Events Centre as the brief was to source a Midlands location that delegates from all across the country could easily access. They were also looking for a venue that offered something different for families who may want to join the day and as the as Heart of England has its own beach it was the natural choice. The conference ran smoothly thanks to the helpfulness of the staff, we held the buffet lunch in the lakeside marquee and the food was lovely. The Heart of England is a secret gem for team building events set amongst 160 acres of beautiful rural woodland and countryside and will be top of my list for future clients.

In September 2011, Finning worked with Heart Conference and Event Centre to deliver the annual family day for employees. The event comprised an Employee challenge for 7 teams, an arena of Bike displays and music, static attractions, catering, and various 'rides' around the Park.
The location is completely purpose built for such a day and we were lucky that Heart Park even managed to arrange for the rain to hold off!! Their staff were smiling, willing and helpful throughout the day and very responsive to arising needs as they presented themselves, in many cases going the extra mile to help us out.
I would say that every member of their team worked extremely hard, along with ours to make sure that the day was deemed a success and judging from the feedback we have received from employees I think this was achieved. Heart Park showed an excellent ability to integrate with ourselves in order to work effectively as one joined up team.

The family fun day was fab! We are getting fantastic feedback from the 723 Staff who attended (disappointing in itself, but marvellous considering the weather conditions!), and those who didn't attend (mostly because they couldn't BELIEVE for a second that it would go ahead!) are now regretting their decision, as they listen to the stories of the brave souls who came, and thoroughly enjoyed it (one die-hard said it was the best ever!)
