Telesales Person

The Heart of England Conference and Events Centre are currently recruiting a Sales Researcher to work with the Business Development Manager and assist in raising the profile of the venue.  The ideal candidate will have a great personality with a buzz for sales and drive to succeed.

The successful candidate will proactively research sales leads and make an agreed number of appointments for the Business Development Manager on a weekly basis. The role will involve identifying new business leads as well as maintaining relationships with existing clients.

Previous experience in a Sales focused environment is essential and previous hospitality experience would be an advantage.

The candidate must have an excellent telephone manner and strong communication skills (verbal, listening, writing). We are looking for a well organised person with administration and computer skills in order to maintain our database and communicate via e-mail and literature.
