Ethos Village is a new concept in event and motivational team building activities. We’re currently in the development stages of a new, eco-based village, sited within a beautiful area of our site.

The concept is this - we provide a large number of ‘Pods’ (ecologically designed building which sleep 2-4 people each). Your delegates are accommodated here for the duration of the event. We supply an ‘Ark’ - a large timber building in the centre of the ‘village’ where you base your daily activities and team building. The rest of the site, and activities, can also be at your disposal - or you can simply remain in glorious isolation.

The Pods will each have independent bathing and cooking facilities - but, in addition, a large outdoor cooking area will be a central feature. Learning to survive in the wild will be key - and we can bring in local experts to facilitate this. Cooking outdoors, bonding, spending time out of the normal comfort zone is often an invigorating and enlightening experience - helping teams to work together, a skill that carries after the event in to the commercial world.
